Description

Das Eidgenössische Nuklearsicherheitsinspektorat (ENSI) erfüllt gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit und den Behörden eine Informationspflicht. Die ENSI-Website stellt sämtliche relevanten Informationen öffentlich zur Verfügung und umfasst einen News-Bereich sowie statische Inhalte wie Seiten, Dokumente und das Technische Forum. Die Website erfüllt die CI-/CD-Vorgaben des Bundes und ist mehrsprachig (Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch). Zusätzlich stehen Inhalte in «Leichter Sprache» und «Gebärdensprache» zur Verfügung. Das ENSI betreibt die drei Websites ENSI, ENSI-RAT und EGT-Schweiz auf einer einheitlichen technischen Basis mit WordPress-Multisite-Konfiguration, konsistentem Design, ENSI-spezifischen Plugins und Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen. Die Hosting-Infrastruktur mit verschiedenen Entwicklungsumgebungen gewährleistet einen sicheren Betrieb. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Wechsel des Technik- und Hosting-Partners sowie die Umsetzung einer autarken Darksite, welche im Notfall- oder Krisenfall aktiviert werden kann. Gesucht wird ein Technikpartner für den sicheren Betrieb, die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur. Dazu gehören die Betreuung der bestehenden Websites, die Migration zu einem geeigneten Hosting-Partner sowie die Projektleitung und Umsetzung der Darksite.
