Description

La consultation porte sur la conclusion d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaire à bons de commande pour les missions de géomètre expert pour les opérations de CITALLIOS. Il est précisé que les opérations pour lesquelles CITALLIOS agit en qualité de mandataire ou d'assistant à maîtrise d'ouvrage d'un client sont expressément exclues de cet accord-cadre. Sont également exclut les éléments de mission pour certaines opérations qui pourraient faire l'objet de contrats préexistant à la notification de l'accord-cadre. Ces missions réintégreront le périmètre de l'accord cadre à échéance de ces contrats. La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum de 4 200 000 euro(s)HT sur la durée totale du contrat y compris reconductions, en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 3° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre est multi-attributaire. Le nombre maximal d'attributaires est fixé à 3 (trois).
