- The Fondazione Istituto G.Giglio di Cefalù needs to acquire the devices in question for a period of 6 months;
- Decision No 687 of 26 August 2020 approved the award of the lease for 60 months of 1 Da Vinci X IS4200 system, with expiry of the lease on 17 September 2025;
- The Fondazione Istituto G.Giglio di Cefalù has reason to believe that, for the aforementioned need, there is only one operator capable of supplying consumable devices, with technical/functional characteristics and compatibility with the aforementioned system, referred to in the Annex to this notice, namely the manufacturer ‘Intuitive Surgical’, whose exclusive distributor for Italy is the company AB Medica S.p.A. (authorised reseller for Sicily is the company Giovanni Scibilia e Figlio S.p.A.);
