Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of products for angiographic and angioplastic procedures to the interventional radiology centre of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Rzeszów, divided into 15 tasks.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the price forms, which form Annex 6 to the Specifications for the Substantial Terms of Reference.
3. The subject matter of the contract is divided into 15 tasks (lots).
4. The subject-matter of the contract also includes the delivery of the subject-matter of the contract by transport to the contractor, at his expense and risk.
5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted in accordance with tasks 1 to 15.
6. The contractor may submit a tender for any number of tasks.
7. The guarantee for 15 tasks in total amounts to PLN 40180,00.
