Description

With the framework agreements, the maintenance of buildings in the area of carpentry and window work of the residential building Mainz (usually inhabited) is handled in the urban area. The specific content and scope of the work as well as the place and time of its provision are specified in the respective individual order. The work will be carried out in company-owned and managed residential buildings in Mainz and suburbs. The repair of the apartments can consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also of several rooms, entire apartments (as part of new occupations) or stairwells. The contractor (AN) only acts on the basis of a separate commission from the client. The total order volume is estimated at €800,000 (net). It is planned to award the contract volume to 5 companies via individual contracts. The Contractor is not entitled to a minimum annual turnover, a minimum number of orders is not guaranteed. Contract duration The contract is concluded for two years. It shall be renewed for a further year (maximum of two renewal options) if it is not terminated in writing no later than 3 months before its respective expiry date. The timeliness is determined by the receipt of the letter of termination from the client (AG) or AN. Start of service: 01.02.2026 End of service: 31.01.2028 (2 x one-year extension option)
