Description

Maximum amount excluding VAT for services under purchase order: 13 800,00 Euro(s) excluding VAT Maximum amount excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract: 100 000,00 euro(s) Euro(s) H.T. The Framework Agreement is "MIXTE". It includes part "ordinary market" and part "framework agreement to purchase orders". The starting date of the Framework Agreement shall be 15 December 2025, or the date of notification, whichever is the later. Tenders with reservations or which do not comply with these specific performance conditions will be declared irregular on the grounds of non-compliance with the specifications. Each contractor concerned must use all the means at its disposal to comply with these sustainable development objectives in the performance of the services.
