1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for the analysis of anti-HLA antibodies for transplant diagnostics by flow fluorimetry in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the FTZ. 2. As part of the procedure, the Contracting Authority requires ongoing technical assistance from the Contractor in the performance and analysis of the results and in the proper functioning of the database with the results obtained using the offered assortment listed in Annex 3 to the FTZ. 5. As part of the procedure, the Contractor is obliged to conduct a full training in the Laboratory HLA Laboratory of Immunology and Clinical Transplantology UCK in the field of: • Procedures and applications of the range offered; • All stages of testing using the offered assortment; • Analysis of results. 6. For the purposes of the training, the Contractor shall provide a complete set of reagents, calibrators, inspection, parts and consumables and other reagents and accessories necessary to perform the test of 24 samples on the Luminex 200 xPONENT/Luminex FLEXMAP 3D system owned by the Contracting Authority. 7. The delivery of the assortment will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 14 working days from the date of placing the order. 8. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Laboratory of Immunology and Clinical Transplantology UCK, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80-214 Gdańsk.
