Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery of brand new motor vehicles: Part 1: 1 truck with 6x2-4 drive and hook body with a lifting capacity of at least 20 tonnes for transporting and emptying steel containers (15m3, 30m3, 32m3), powered by ON fuel with a maximum permissible weight of up to 26 000 kg (b) part 2: 2 trucks with three-way tipper body and HDS device – crane, powered by ON fuel with a maximum permissible laden mass of 18 000 kg, c) part 3: 2 trucks of the type garbage truck with a low-floor cab adapted to receive mixed municipal waste, biodegradable, ash and bulky, powered by ON fuel, with a maximum permissible total weight of 26 000 kg, 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall be as follows: for Lot 1: Annex 9a to the CVT, (b) for Part 2: Annex 9b to the SWZ, (c) for Part 3: Annex 9c to the SWZ, 3. An economic operator that invokes equivalent solutions must demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a case, the contractor shall enclose with the tender a list of equivalent solutions, as appropriate, together with its description or standards, in particular by the means of proof in question, that the solution proposed by it satisfies to an equivalent extent the requirements of the contracting authority set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract.
