Description

These special specifications concern a framework agreement for the global maintenance service of HVAC facilities in the La Haute École Léonard de Vinci heritage. Given the importance of the assets and installations entrusted to it and in order to be able to fully control the overall maintenance of the technical installations entrusted to it, any new contractor must first and gradually: - Appropriate the heritage, sites, buildings, access conditions, ... ; - Identify and identify all the equipment that makes up the installations, locate them with a view to subsequent operations and understand their operating principles; - Appropriate the specificities of each installation and their maintenance in order to be able to organize preventive maintenance in a structured and rational way. From experience, the contracting authority considers that the minimum time required for a new contractor to acquire complete control of the overall maintenance of these installations varies between 1 and 2 years. In order to allow the value of the important preliminary work that it must carry out before acquiring this perfect mastery, in order to spread the significant cost of this preparatory work over several years and to open up competition as much as possible, this framework agreement is provided for a maximum duration of five years. Place of performance: Various buildings of the Leonardo da Vinci High School (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Ixelles and Louvain-la-Neuve) Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
