Description

Supply of medicinal products for medical devices and dietetic products for special medical purposes. Medicinal products which are the subject of the contract should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2008, No 45, item 271 as amended). The medicinal products offered must be authorised under the conditions laid down in Article 3 or Article 4(2). 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act. Medical devices that are the subject of the contract should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act of 07 April 2022. The offered medical devices must be allowed to be placed on the market and used in accordance with the rules laid down in the Medical Devices Act.
