Zakres świadczeń zdrowotnych objętych przedmiotem zamówienia: lekarz specjalista z zakresu anestezjologii i intensywnej terapii Zakres: udzielanie świadczeń zdrowotnych 4 dni w tygodniu (ok. 140 h w miesiącu), świadczenie dyżurów medycznych (ok. 64 godziny w miesiącu), świadczenie dyżurów pod telefonem (ok. 64 godzin w miesiącu); Wymagania: a) powinien posiadać specjalizację z zakresu anestezjologii i intensywnej terapii, b) preferowane osoby znające system informatyczny AMMS (w przypadku uzyskania tej samej ilości punktów przez oferty).
