Description

Conclusion of the contract for the supply and distribution of fruit, milk and milk products and bakery products, to pupils in state and private primary and secondary education, as well as to preschoolers in state and private kindergartens with normal 4-hour hours, for the school years 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029. The daily value limit shall comprise the full purchase price of the products, including value added tax, their transport, distribution and storage costs, where applicable. During the week, a preschooler/pupil is granted free of charge 2 portions of fruit and/or vegetables, 3 portions of milk, 2 portions of dairy products, and 5 portions of bakery products, within the amounts allocated to these destinations. To ensure diversity, the portion of fruit and/or vegetables will be accompanied by a portion of crackers and/or dried pretzels, and the portion of milk and milk products will be accompanied by horn and/or bar. At the reasoned request of parents, preschool children or pupils suffering from intolerance to gluten and/or lactose and/or any other ingredient or compound and/or any product distributed in accordance with Article 6 shall benefit from products appropriate to their situation, within the limit of the daily value provided for in Article 3 of Government Decision No 652/2023.
