Description

The contract envisaged is for the implementation, from the beginning of the school year in January 2026, i.e. on Monday 5 January 2026, of regular road transport services for pupils in adapted or specialised classes, using vehicles with fewer than 10 seats. These special circuits are integrated into the Fluo 54 network of the Grand Est Region. The services are divided into four lots; the title of each lot corresponds to the geographical area where the schools to be served are located and where the pupils to be taken care of are enrolled, regardless of their place of residence. There are no "regular lines" under this contract. The period of validity of each contract/lot will run from 18 December 2025 or from its notification to the contractor if it is made after that date, until 31 August 2026 (initial duration). The contract may be renewed expressly three times in any 12-month period. The contractor will not be able to oppose this renewal. Each contract/lot will be concluded in the form of a single-awarded framework agreement with order forms, without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount per performance period of: EUR 137 000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, EUR 172 000 excluding VAT for Lot 2, EUR 211 000 excluding VAT for Lot 3 and EUR 236 000 excluding VAT for Lot 4.
