The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of navigation markings, floating signs (buoys), and assembly elements that will enable proper maintenance / marking of shipping routes and guarantee safety on the route. The own names of the products given in the Description of the subject of the order and the Price Offer should be treated as a specification of the desired standard and quality, and the parameters given are minimum parameters. This means that the Contractor may offer equivalent products of a higher or equal standard, the equivalence having regard to the technical characteristics of the whole product and its components.
