The North Karelia Welfare Area makes a direct procurement of the customer-specific, demanding 24-hour housing service required by the working-age services of family and social services from Attendo Pihka of Attendo Vehniän Koivukodit Oy starting from the contract period 22.8.2025 and continuing until further notice. Among the service housing locations selected through the dynamic purchasing system (376629 / Social housing services), there is no place that meets the customer's needs.
