Description

Der Auftraggeber ist Eigentümer des ehemaligen Römerkastells Haus Bürgel in Monheim am Rhein. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, den historischen Gebäudekomplex umfänglich in verschiedenen Ausbaustufen (derzeit sechs) umzubauen und zu sanieren. Hierzu sollen im Rahmen dieses EU-weiten Vergabeverfahrens die benötigten Planungsleistungen für das Tragwerk vergeben werden.
