1. The subject of this contract is the successive delivery of laboratory materials and accessories, under the conditions specified in the Draft contract, constituting Annex 1 to the Invitation. 2. The contractor must perform the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the DNSH (‘Do No Significant Harm’) principle, as enshrined in Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, so-called ‘taxonomy’, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract.
