Description

1. The subject of this contract is the successive delivery of laboratory materials and accessories, under the conditions specified in the Draft contract, constituting Annex 1 to the Invitation. 2. Position in the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 38000000-5 Laboratory Equipment 33192500-7 Tubes 38437000-7 Laboratory Pipettes and Accessories 3. The subject of negotiations is the price and the provisions of the contract, contained in the draft contract, with the proviso that the original terms of the contract cannot be significantly changed. 4. Due to the nature of the contract (successful supply of laboratory materials and accessories, depending on the needs, within a period of 12 months), the subject of the contract may in part be implemented within the framework of projects co-financed by the European Union, inter alia from the Recovery and Resilience Facility 1) under the project ‘Development of new therapeutic systems for the precise delivery and controlled release of anticancer drugs for the treatment of pancreatic cancer’, financed from the funds under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, on the basis of contract No 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0211/24-00 of 10 March 2025 2) under the project ‘Use of the bioactive postbiotic metabolite procyanidins - PVL208 in the therapy of skin inflammations of various etiologies’, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under contract No 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0135/24-00 of 10 March 2025 3) under the project ‘Innovative methods for risk assessment and prevention of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) as a complication of CAR-T cell therapy’ financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under contract No 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0218/24-00 of 10 March 2025 4) under the project: ‘Application of saliva to predict the effectiveness of biological treatment and oral deterioration in paediatric patients with inflammatory bowel disease and multiple sclerosis’ (Acronym SalivaPred), project No KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0192/24. 5. The contractor must perform the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the DNSH (‘Do No Significant Harm’) principle, as enshrined in Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, so-called ‘taxonomy’, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract.
