Description

1. The subject of the contract is a service in the field of maintenance of sanitary works related to the maintenance in the current technical efficiency of IPCZD buildings located in Warsaw at Al. Children of Poland 20. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annexes 1, 2 and 5 to the FTZ. 3. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders Reasons for not dividing into lots: For the correct implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. maintenance and repair of sanitary equipment and installations, it is not possible to divide into parts. It is not possible to separate the maintenance service from the repair service, as one service results from the other. The total performance of the contract ensures fair competition and access to the contract for small and medium-sized enterprises. 4. The Employer requires employment by the contractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the Employer in the scope of contract performance. Detailed requirements concerning the type of activities, the method of verification, the control of the employment requirement on the basis of the employment relationship are set out in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No 1 to the FTZ) and the draft provisions of the contract - in accordance with § 10 of the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No 2 to the FTZ). 5. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to carry out the on-site visit referred to in Article 131 sec. 2 of the PPL Act, due to the specificity of the subject of the contract. In accordance with Art. 1 point 18) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority will reject the offer if it was submitted without a local visit. Detailed records of the vision are included in the FTZ. During the on-site inspection, the Ordering Party will not provide any explanations and answer questions, any questions should be addressed to the Ordering Party pursuant to Article 135 of the Public Procurement Act.
