Description

The subject of the contract is: SALES WITH THE SUPPLY OF FISH PRODUCTS AND FROZENS. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the price form appendices 2 and 3 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee of the health quality and durability of the delivered food up to the date of minimum durability or shelf-life specified on legible labels. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract of good quality, fresh, in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards, as well as sanitary requirements. The goods which are the subject of the contract will come from places under constant sanitary supervision. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the applicable hygienic and sanitary conditions in the production, storage and delivery of the goods, for which he bears full responsibility. The Contractor declares (if he is a manufacturer) that the production in the plant is carried out in accordance with the HACCP food safety system and the instructions of Good Hygiene and Production Practice (Food and Nutrition Health Conditions Act).
