Description

1. Name of the contract: Purchase of a rescue and fire-fighting car for TSO 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting car for the Voluntary Fire Service in Pawlin. The supplied 4x4 vehicle must be brand new, i.e. the year of manufacture 2025, the year of manufacture of the chassis at least 2024. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 7 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in Annex 6 to the FTZ – draft contract 4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority informs that it provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
