Description

During the execution of the contract, deliveries of the requested quantities of plant and plant propagating material, detailed by species diversity in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation, should be made. The client will request flowers and ornamental vegetation depending on the specific quantities he needs. Indicative estimated quantity for the duration of the contract: 50 000 flowers /total for spring and autumn flowering/; 4 000 trees; 2 000 shrubs. Note: On the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Chairperson of the Commission decrypts the tenders and opens the price offers together with the documents referred to in Article 39(2) and (3)(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The actions of the Committee on the examination, evaluation and ranking of tenders will be carried out in accordance with the first sentence of Article 61(1) and paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the PPZOP.
