Assignment The assignment concerns the delivery of Thuiskennels for the Military Working Dog. The MWH file includes more than 250 dogs. Part of this file performs tasks in (worldwide) broadcast areas. Not all defense units use home kennels. A home kennel is permanent housing for the MWH that is always used from home and for which the unit has therefore not allocated a part kennel for permanent living. Housing in a home kennel is based on an average of eight hours of daily (operational) deployment or training, on average five days a week. The kennel is intended for (night) rest. The delivery of the home kennels only extends to residential addresses within the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands. At the moment, the Ministry of Defence does not have a (frame) agreement for Thuiskennels. The purpose of this European public tender is to conclude one Framework Contract with one Contractor for Deliveries.
