Description

Supply of immunology reagents – endocrine markers, tumours, infections, cardiac and metabolic agents.
The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement, for a period of 48 months, following the application of the tendering procedure opened with the final electronic auction phase, with an economic operator, subsequently awarding follow-up contracts to the matching economic operator, for the quantity required by the contracting authority, subject to the maximum amount stipulated.
At the time of signature of the framework agreement, the successful tenderer will submit to the contracting authorities the IBAN account opened at the State Treasury units, the mandatory requirement for payment, in accordance with Government Emergency Order No 146 of 31.10.2002, as amended.
