Description

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sucht das Land einen Dienstleister, der einen Basiskatalog von modular einsetzbaren Elementen inklusive Fahrradabstellanlagen zusammenstellt, die entsprechenden Elemente auf Basis vorhandener Modelle beschafft und sachgerecht lagert, sowie in einem zweiten Schritt die Bereitstellung (Leihe) der Elemente für Kommunen organisiert und abwickelt. Nach Abschluss des Projekts werden die Elemente vom Dienstleister veräußert.
Die Kommunen in Baden-Württemberg können die modularen Elemente ausleihen. Der Transport und Auf-/Abbau ist grundsätzlich Aufgabe der Kommunen. Die Kommunen sind aber bezugsberechtigt, den Dienstleister dazu zu beauftragen.
