Le marché public a pour objet la maintenance des équipements de grande cuisine des sites de restauration du Crous de Lyon. Sont compris dans le périmètre de la prestation : les équipements de cuisson et électromécaniques, les laveries ainsi que certains équipements spécifiquement désignés. Il est précisé que les chariots, étagères, lave-mains, meubles neutres inox et tables de travail n'entrent pas dans le périmètre de la maintenance préventive mais peuvent faire l'objet d'une maintenance corrective.
