The purpose of the invitation to tender is to conclude a multi-annual contract for implementation, operational delivery and maintenance of an access system with uniform access passes with an initial contract duration of six (6) years divided into an initial contract of three (3) years with up to three (3) times an extension of one (1) year with one (1) contractor who, together with the contracting authority, achieves and continues to achieve the desired objectives and serves as a contact point for all aspects within the stated objective and framework conditions.
With this invitation to tender, the Chamber of Commerce wishes to procure the best qualitatively, on the best possible terms, the least nuisance and the lowest possible cost.
