Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of polyethylene bags (HDPE) for the separate collection of the PMC fraction (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (‘the Contract’). This separate collection is carried out as part of a Fost Plus project with a view to implementing the Cooperation Agreement of 4 November 2008 on the prevention and management of packaging waste (‘the Cooperation Agreement’). The estimated quantities per year are: • approximately 6,500,000 60-litre HDPE PMC bags with a sliding link in a roll of 20 bags; • approximately 50,000 PMC bags in HDPE 120 litres with PE closure link in roll of 10 bags. PMC bags must also be taken back and processed, after use, at the Supplier's expense. However, Fost Plus is responsible for organising the practical aspects of the take-back obligation. The conditions relating to the delivery time and the delivery arrangements are set out in the technical part of these specifications. The quantities mentioned are indicative and are not binding on the contracting authority. The unit prices awarded by the successful tenderer will remain unchanged (unless indexed), regardless of the quantities actually ordered.
