Description

The Community of Communes of Thiérache du Centre takes over the management of restaurant titles for its staff from 1 January 2027, and wishes to recruit a service provider who will be able to provide these titles. The purpose of this contract is to recruit a service provider who can provide restaurant vouchers in paper format for at least one year from 1 January 2027 and restaurant vouchers in card format, such as a bank card, from the time when the issue of paper vouchers is no longer authorised. The administrative requirements of the contract are laid down in the Specific Administrative Provisions (SACC) of the contract. The technical requirements of the contract are laid down in the Specific Technical Specifications (STCs) specific to each lot. It is a framework agreement with single-awarded order forms, without minimum and with an annual maximum of € 150,000 excluding VAT. The duration of the contract is 4 firm years, starting from 1 January 2027. The contract is neither alloti, nor sliced, nor open to variants, and does not involve any additional services. On the other hand, it is divided into phases. It came under the tender procedure, due to its nature and its maximum total amount (€600,000 excluding tax).
