Provision of health services by specialist doctors in the field of medical on-call time in the Department of Cardiac Surgery for patients of the IPCZD. • Duration of the contract: from the date of conclusion to 31.12.2026 • Place of supply: Clinic of Cardiac Surgery • A detailed schedule for the provision of services covered by the contract will be agreed with the Awarding Party. • Monthly number of services – max 150 hours • Number of persons necessary to perform the contract is 1 Responsibilities: 1. Informing the child's caregivers about the child's state of health, diagnostic and therapeutic plans, prognosis and treatment. 2. Preparing and issuing medical orders for used medicines, diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures. 3. Performing diagnostic and therapeutic tests in the scope specified by the specialization program, in the scope of qualifications. 4. Participation in celebrations, consultations and medical conferences to establish diagnostic and therapeutic plans. 5.
