Description

1. The subject of the public procurement procedure is Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) — supplies of goods effected by purchase. 2. Type of procedure – open procedure. 3. Legal basis: Article 18(1)(1) and (2), on the basis of Article 20(1)(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 73(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP). 4. Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Supply of mobile diving system components’ complying with the requirements of specific technical specifications, divided into 3 (three) individual lots as follows: 4.1. Lot No 1 — ‘Supply of a portable deep-sea diving system — container type, three divers’, in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification No TS M 96.4584.24 4.2. Lot No 2 — ‘Supply of portable pallet gas capacities’, in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification No TS M 96.4581.24 4.3. Lot No 3 — ‘Supply of a portable trigger-lifting device’, in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification No TS M 96.4583.24 5. The contracting authority shall conclude a contract with the tenderer ranked first and designated as the contractor for the contract under the relevant lot.
