L’avviso esplorativo è finalizzato alla verifica dell’esistenza di ulteriori prodotti rispetto ai dispositivi conosciuti e di seguito indicati, aventi specifiche tecniche “equivalenti” e persegue gli obiettivi di cui all’art. 66, c. 1 del D.lgs. 50/2016. Le consultazioni preliminari di mercato sono volte a confermare l’esistenza dei presupposti che consentono ai sensi dell’art. 63, c. 1, d.lgs. 50/2016 il ricorso alla procedura negoziata senza pubblicazione del bando, ovvero individuare l’esistenza di operatori economici e/o soluzioni alternative.
La Fondazione ha individuato quale unico produttore e fornitore dei 6 Motori Cyberhoist II CH0500S, l’O.E. CyberMotion Europe BV, Communicatieweg 1, 3641 SG Mijdrecht, The Netherlands, VAT: NL858186792B01 al quale sarà affidata la fornitura ai sensi dell'art. 63, c. 2 l. b) p. 2) del D.Lgs. 50/2016, anche in assenza di risposta al presente avviso.
