Description

Appel d'offres ouvert établi conformément aux articles L 2124-2 et R 2124-2-1° du code de la commande publique (CCP). Marché de prestations intellectuelles exécuté sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande (minimum de 70 000 euros HT et maximum de 600 000 euros H) pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire, conformément aux articles R 2162-2 alinéa 2, R 2162-4, R 2162-13 et R 2162-14 du CCP.
