Description

Following the revisions carried out by the technical staff of the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Service during 2024, it was found that on most of the county road sections the transverse bridges show cracks in the concrete eardrums, tube failures, clogging, leading to clogging and flooding of rainwater collection devices. Thus, it is necessary to conclude a framework agreement in order to contract the works that will ensure the rainwater drainage and the elimination of the interruptions of the continuity of the rainwater drainage devices and also to achieve the final objective, namely to improve the traffic conditions. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended.
