PL-Katowice: data-processing machines (hardware)
The contract concerns: supply of hardware (desktop computers – central imonitory units and portable computers) hereinafter referred to as ‘hardware’. The equipment is to be pre-created, originating in concurrent production and certified as appropriate.
A detailed technical description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
The requested hardware is described in seven different configurations – sets – for desktop computers (sets marked with letters A to G) and for portable computers in three different configurations (type 1 – 3).
The quantities of equipment ordered within the different configurations are as follows:
(a) Computer set A – number of sets: 40,
b) Computer kit B – number of sets: 7,
(C) computer set C – number of sets: 4,
(D) computer set D – number of sets: 126,
(e) Computer kit E – number of sets: 110,
(F) Computer set F (set scanner) – number of sets: 5,
(g) computer kit G – number of sets: 1,
(H) portable computer – Type 1 – Number of items: 9,
(I) portable computer – Type 2 – Number of items: 6,
(J) portable computer – Type 3 – Number of items: 2.
Individual sets and configurations should not be considered as a possibility to submit a partial tender. The tender had to include all the equipment requested.
The contracting authority allowed the contract to be performed with subcontractors.
The contracting authority did not allow the submission of partial tenders.
The requirements of the Contracting Authority concerning software equipment and additional software media are described in Annex 2 to the ToR – a description of the subject of the contract.
