Description

1. Name of the contract: Purchase of an artificial intelligence (AI) environment. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter. 4 of the Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter: "SWZ"). 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions and rules for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No 5 to the FTZ, hereinafter referred to as the ‘PPU’, for each of the two lots: 3.1. Annex 5A to the FTZ – PPU Part I – Purchase of Artificial Intelligence (AI) servers; 3.2. Annex 5B to the FTZ – PPU Part II – Management platform for artificial intelligence (AI).
