The subject matter of this contract is: ‘Selection of a contractor for the technical design and construction of lighting of: road connections for the villages of Novo Delchevo and Damyanica; Petrich-Melnik road junction at km 425 + 180; General Todorov road junction at km 431 + 228; Marikostinovo road connections at km 433 + 355; Petrics-Kulata road connections and Kulata-Petrich at km 435 + 020 of Struma Lot 4 Sandanski-Kulata motorway from km 423 + 800 to km 438 + 500.
Technical design and lighting of Struma Lot 4 Sandanski-Kulata motorway from km 423 + 800 to km 438 + 500:
— road connections for the villages of Novo Delchevo and Damyanica;
— Petrich-Melnik road junction at km 425 + 180;
— general Todorov Road Node at km 431 + 228;
— ‘Marikostinovo’ road connections at km 433 + 355;
— Petrics-Kulata and Kulata-Petrich road connections at km 435 + 020.
The period for performance of the contract shall be 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. The Contract shall enter into force upon financing, of which the Contractor will be notified in writing. In the event that this condition is not fulfilled within 5 (five) months of the signature of the contract, either party may terminate the contract unilaterally without notice and without any financial or other compensation to the other party.
Implementation is divided into 2 stages, namely:
First stage: includes the elaboration and coordination of a technical project in volume and content in accordance with the Design Terms and Regulation No 4 on the scope and content of investment projects for a duration of 10 (ten) calendar days. The period begins to run from the date of signature of the contract and ends with the transmission by the Contractor to the contracting authority of the work prepared for examination by the ETIS to the RIA.
Second stage: includes the execution of construction – installation works for a duration of 35 (thirty-five) calendar days. The time limit starts to run from the start of construction (i.e. the date on which the Acceptable Transmission Protocol for the handover of the construction site is drawn up and signed) and is until the date of the final completion of the construction works (the date of signature of the record of acceptance of the construction works by a contracting authority committee). Once the technical design has been drawn up and it has been submitted to the contracting authority, the period for performance of the contract shall be suspended until the building permit is issued.
