Description

Die Schulsporthalle der Grundschule 3 Saarbachtal soll vollumfänglich modernisiert werden. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die vollständige Modernisierung des Nebengebäudes bzw. ein Erweiterungsbau für die Aufnahme der Funktionen. Grundsätzlich soll eine architektonisch, wirtschaftlich und ökologisch ausgewogene Planung und Ausführung angestrebt werden. Die Gebäude sind entsprechend den gültigen Gesetzen, Vorschriften, Normen und Richtlinien zu modernisieren bzw. neu zu erstellen. Die Vorschriften für energiebewusstes und barrierefreies Bauen sollen ebenso Beachtung finden. Die Objekte und alle Einbauten sind gemäß den Brandschutzbestimmungen sowie Unfallverhütungs- und Hygienevorschriften herzustellen. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die energetische Sanierung. Hier sollen mindestens die aktuellen Vorgaben des Gebäudeenergiegesetzes (GEG) maßgebend sein. Zur Finanzierung der Maßnahme ist der Einsatz von Fördermitteln vorgesehen.
