Description

Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die aufzahlungsfreie Versorgung der Versicherten der IKK gesund plus mit Hilfsmitteln der PG 29 und Stomabandagen einschließlich aller mit der Versorgung zusammenhängenden Dienst- und Serviceleistungen und Verbrauchmaterialien unter Berücksichtigung des Wirtschaftlichkeitsgebotes (§ 12 SGB V). Die IKK gesund plus macht die Absicht bekannt, einen Vertrag über Hilfsmittellieferungen (Gesundheitsleistungen) inkl. der für die Versorgung erforderlichen Dienstleistungen nach § 127 Absatz 1 SGB V zu schließen, der keinen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Anzahl von Versorgungen begründet.
