Description

The object of the procurement is a comprehensive system of nurse invitations and personnel security for hospitals, health centres and service houses, including a uniform, reliable and safe solution that enables the personnel to produce high-quality and timely nursing work. The aim of the procurement is to provide an entity that is suitable for the client's needs and adapts to the client's needs during the contract period.
This is a framework agreement. The customer selects five (5) suppliers with whom it will conclude a contract. If the number of tenders satisfying the mandatory requirements of the invitation to tender is less than five, the tenderers concerned shall be selected for the framework agreement. The procurement contract will only be used by Istekki Oy and only Istekki Oy and the selected supplier will be parties to the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, Istekki's customers are not parties to this tendering process or to the main contract and subcontracts to be concluded on the basis of it.

The aim of the procurement is to create a framework agreement that includes several different systems and equipment suitable for them.

The procurement volumes specified in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
