1) Collection of municipal waste from real estate, which in part constitutes real estate on which residents reside, and in part real estate on which residents do not reside, and the activity specified in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association of 20 October 2020 on arranging the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated, located in the territory of municipalities – members of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association and repealing Resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle of 6 June 2016 on arranging the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated, located in the territory of municipalities – members of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association (mixed real estate), 2) Collection of municipal waste from properties not inhabited by residents and the activity specified in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association of 20 October 2020 on arranging the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties not inhabited by residents and municipal waste is generated in the area of municipalities – members of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association and repealing Resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle of 6 June 2016 on arranging the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties not inhabited by residents and municipal waste is generated in the area of municipalities – members of the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association (uninhabited property) 3) Equipment of properties referred to in items 1 and 2 in containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in the amount and capacity in accordance with the applicable Regulations for the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the Clean Region Inter-municipal Association, except containers for the separate collection of ash on uninhabited properties. 4) Keeping containers in proper order and technical condition
