1. The subject of the contract is the installation of a hydropower system for the recovery of electricity from the discharged water from the surface to the level of 795 by the DN 200 pipeline, together with the integration of the installation into the elekroenergetyczne network and the fire-fighting installation of the LW Bogdanka mine in the Bogdanka field’ - in accordance with the provisions of SWZ 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Part III SWZ Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The contract in question is a sectoral contract within the meaning of Article 7(35) of the Public Procurement Act.
