South Savo Welfare Area Eloisa has signed an agreement on commission-based support family service for three (3) clients of family services with children between 24 February and 31 October 2026. Support family activities are goal-oriented and systematic child welfare services that support the well-being of the child and the family. A child typically spends one weekend a month in a support family, but the individual need of the child and the family determines the time spent in the support family.
