1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of medicinal products for the SPSK Prof. Witold Orłowski CMKP. Description: a detailed list of the assortment can be found in Annex 2 to the FTZ – an assortment and price form divided into 5 packages: Package No 1 – Parenteral nutrition kit, liquids and preparations, Package No 2 – Bipeptide solution kit, Package No 3 – Parenteral nutrition preparations, Package No 4 – Vitamin and phosphate kit, Package No 5 – Nutrition preparations - Natrium, glucose, water, The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted in packages 1 to 5. 2.
