Germany-Taufkirchen (Vils): Architectural and related services
The municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) is planning to build a new children’s house with 4 groups in Vötting.
The 4 groups are divided as follows, two groups will be regular kindergarten groups (50 places), one group (12 places) will be used as a crèche and one group will be a pedagogical group (8 places).
The area of land available is approximately 2 000 m², and a development plan is currently being drawn up.
The contracting authority shall consider building the building in passive building, if necessary.
The project will be supported by FAG funds. The contracting authority expects professional support from the contractor both when applying for funding and when preparing the grant applications.
Following a very high demand for childcare places in the municipality, the contracting authority expects the contractor to start planning immediately after the award of the contract and to accelerate the implementation of the project.
