The list of brands and models of company vehicles covered by the service is set out in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. The actual number of vehicles covered by the service may increase in the event of collisions with or damage to official vehicles and may decrease or increase depending on the number and type of cars purchased or end-of-life. 6. The performance of the service for each of the vehicles will be carried out in accordance with the rules set out in § 3 of the model contract. 7. In the case of making repairs in a car covered by the warranty, only repairs that are not subject to this warranty or will not cause its loss are allowed. This provision does not apply to a contractor authorised by the manufacturer of the vehicle being repaired. 9. Additional requirements for the contractor's workshop: - a station equipped with an OBDII diagnostic tester (EOBD), - a minimum of 2 stations where it is possible to repair vehicles at one time, including: 1 station for vans, - a station enabling control of vehicle suspension with geometry and braking system, - software with the ability to generate vehicle repair history, - hardened and fenced square with 24-hour personal supervision or monitoring, - service software (system) containing time-consuming standards for vehicle service and repair defects, eg.
