the holder will be assigned a basic mission extended to additional mission elements: EXE design / SYNTH, OPC, SSI, BIM. JUDGMENT OF APPLICATIONS The buyer will select 3 teams of designers (unless the number of admissible applications was insufficient) taking into account the following criteria of equal importance: 1. Presence of all skills within the team; incomplete teams will be eliminated; 2. Professional and financial guarantees for each candidate; adequacy of the human and technical resources used for the purpose of the contract; agent's turnover proportionate to the value of the contract 3. Architectural and technical qualities of the references made in the last 5 years in line with the work to be carried out: nature and/or equivalent importance. Will be taken into account the projects delivered, in the course of works or studies as well as the competitions if the project is declared winner over the last 5 years
