Description

Med nærværende udbydes aftale om bygherrerådgivning i projektforslagsfasen og frem. Opgaven gennemføres i 2 faser:
- Fase 1 er projektforslagsfasen, hvor entreprenør, rådgiver, bygherre og bygherrerådgiver alle deltager. Der skal i fase 1 være særlig fokus på færdigudvikling af facaden. Fase 1 afsluttes med et udarbejdet og godkendt projektforslag. Formålet med fasen er blandt andet at etablere de bedste rammer for et fremtidigt samarbejde mellem byggeriets parter, at inddrage entreprenørens kompetencer i projektet på et tidligt tidspunkt samt at give alle parter medejerskab. Der er afsat 6 måneder til at gennemføre fasen.
Fase 2 består i udarbejdelse af myndighedsprojekt, hovedprojektering samt udførelse af entreprisen. Vandkulturhuset skal afleveres oktober 2023.
