1. The subject of the tender is the selection of the contractor who will provide the contracting authority with services consisting in the implementation of the task entitled: ‘Winter road maintenance and provision of equipment services related to the winter maintenance of district roads in the Tatrzański District in the winter season 2024/2025’, divided into 3 (three) Tasks according to the division set out in point 4.4 of the tender specifications [hereinafter referred to as ‘SWZ’] and in parts of the LOT of this notice. 2. A detailed list of roads on which the services covered by the present proceedings will be performed, including the division into Tasks, is presented on the map, which constitutes Annex 10 to the SWZ. 3. The provision of services which are the subject of this public procurement procedure for Tasks No 1, No 2 and No 3, referred to above, in particular, will consist in the performance of activities related to the Winter Maintenance of Roads, [hereinafter referred to as “ZUD”], in accordance with the applicable law, i.e. the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of measures that can be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2005, No 230, item 1960), which will consist of: 1) snowing roads by removing snow from: – roadways and shoulders, – sidewalks and fuses of bridge structures, – stairs, – parking bays and manoeuvring yards for turning public transport, and combating winter slippery conditions by preventing and removing all forms of slippery conditions by means of roughening material and/or chemicals along the roads covered by the ZUD and the above-mentioned facilities, 2) snow removal of designated sections of sidewalks by removing snow from the surface of the sidewalk and combating winter slippery conditions by preventing and removing all forms of slippery conditions by means of roughening material and/or chemicals along the sidewalks covered by maintenance, 3) activities related to loading and removing snow from the road lane within all sidewalks located by district roads, 4) activities related to post-winter cleaning of roads. 4. The Ordering Party reserves that the details of conducting ZUD shares, settlement of ZUD, rules of control by the Ordering Party of ZUD shares and other matters related to ZUD have been specified in the draft contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 8 to the said SWZ.
