Description

The object of the procurement is school transport in the municipality of Utsjoki, as well as optional charter and service transport. School transport is about transport between home and school. Transport is carried out on school days confirmed for each academic year. During school holidays, school transport is not carried out. Even during distance learning or other special arrangements in exceptional circumstances, school transport may not be carried out. The routes will be agreed in more detail between the Contracting Entity and the selected service provider before commencing the service. The procurement is divided into the following areas: - Sub-topic 1: Utsjokisuu School - Sub-topic 2: Karigasniemi School - Sub-topic 3: Nuorgam School - Sub-topic 4: As a result of the procurement procedure, the contracting entity selects one (1) service provider for each sub-area with which it will conclude a procurement contract. Tenderers may submit tenders for one (1), several or all of the lots. Partial tenders within sub-areas are not allowed, the tenderer must offer all routes within the sub-area. The agreement is valid for three (3) years and includes two one (1) year options. The service provider must be prepared to start providing services as of 1 August 2025. The Contracting Entity does not commit to specific procurement volumes, but to the Service procurement as required by the Contracting Entity. The agreement does not give the Service Provider an exclusive right to perform the services that are the subject of the procurement.
