This contract excludes all services on asbestos-containing materials. This consultation concerns a single market and lays down the conditions under which the contractor must ensure that various objectives are achieved simultaneously and as a matter of priority: - Monthly maintenance of playgrounds (preventive and corrective visits); - Quarterly verification of the safety of sports equipment; - An annual inspection visit attesting to the compliance and safety of games and equipment on the Office's assets. - The placing of games and equipment on playgrounds designated by the Office; - The installation of equipment in reserve within the office, including all suggestions from the preparation of the floor to the control of the structure laid; - The recommendation of improvement or optimization of sites.
